Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I’m a relatable and compassionate therapist committed to helping clients find meaning, cultivate self-acceptance, and deepen connection. I work with individuals (18+) who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficulty managing life stressors. Oftentimes, my clients are experiencing change (a move, end/start of a relationship, new job, school to “real world” transition, becoming a parent) or lack thereof.
I have a special interest and advanced training in perinatal mental health. I support parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I also welcome those who want to explore their faith journey or have been wounded by the Church and want to process their experience.
I received an MA in Counseling Psychology and a BS in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University. My approach is feminist and relational, and clients describe me as authentic, warm, and engaging. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming provider.Office location: Exclusively telehealth
